Conditions
To ensure that this care continues to function fairly for everyone, we ask that you pay attention to the following points:
The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
The item must be new, without signs of use, and with the tag attached.
It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
All returns undergo careful review by our team.
The warranty is valid once per CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) every 6 months.
These conditions exist to preserve the integrity of the pieces and the experience of all Cailla customers.
