Most of our Cailliana pieces are made from viscose – a lightweight material that complements the sunny lifestyle of our customers. We take into account the versatility of the clothing and the Rio de Janeiro climate.After the fabric rolls are purchased, the original designs created by co-founder Camilla Cadorna are printed on them. And that's how the prints come to life!After finalizing the garment patterns with our beloved pattern maker, the fabrics are cut and then sent to the seamstresses. Clothing production is local!

Our exchange period is 7 days after receiving the product. Contact us via email (contato@cailla.com.br) or through our Whatsapp (21 99805-7491) informing us of the purchase code. You can choose to exchange the product for a different size - remembering that this is subject to stock availability - or exchange it for a different product.For the first exchange, all expenses are covered by us. We currently work with Melhor Envio , which calculates the best shipping method for your purchase (throughout Brazil). However, we also offer a fixed shipping rate for the city of Rio de Janeiro through our partner motorcycle courier.Once your purchase is complete, we'll pick the item(s) from our inventory and pack your lovely box. Your order will be sent to the shipping company or delivered by a motorcycle courier within 5 days of payment confirmation ;)

No!Our production is in-house. That is, we buy all the materials, hire pattern makers to develop the pieces, cutters and seamstresses to make our garments, and we manage the inventory.And the prints are original designs! Our founder, Camilla, is the print designer responsible for all of CAILLA's artwork, from the prints to the design of our communication here on the website and on Instagram : )

Yes!DOOCA Commerce has been in the market for over 10 years. Payments are processed through Mercado Pago . Deliveries via Melhor Envio include a tracking code. For deliveries within Rio de Janeiro, we personally deliver the package to a trusted motorcycle courier.
